Retail Customers:
If you are a retail customer, you may return your product for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.
If your product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will issue a replacement or refund.Please note that we do not refund shipping costs, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Wholesale Customers:
If you are a wholesale customer, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective. Please inspect your products upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if there is any damage or defect.
We may require proof of damage or defect, such as photographs or a return of the product.
If your product is damaged or defective, we will issue a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.
